There are two privately owned "estudios" located next door to Meztli Spanish School. Each studio includes a private bathroom, a double bed, table and chair for studying, storage cupboard, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fan, and purified drinking water.  Also, small refrigerator, microwave, stove top and coffee maker. Weekly housekeeping is provided, no need to bring sheets or towels (please don't take towels off site).  Non-smoking property.

Nightly rate will is 850 pesos (no meals, minimum of 5 nights). Ask about long term discounts. Single occupancy only.

A non-refundable deposit of 2,550 pesos (850 x 3 nights) is required to secure your reservation, this covers your first night and last two nights of your reservation. You will receive a PayPal invoice in U.S. dollars for this amount (or request Venmo or Apple Pay). Tips to the caretaker are not included in the rate

For these , make your request with host José by 9am the day of the requested meal. For breakfast please ask the day before.

These accommodations are taken care of by Alicia and José who live next door to the studios, they also take care of the Meztli property and the casitas located next door.  It is just a one minute walk to Meztli Spanish School in downtown Tulum.
